Meet Attorney Hayden McRee

A native of the Commerce community, Hayden's dream was to own and operate her law firm in the community she loves, with a desire to help the people who make up her community. Now she is making that dream come true.

McRee Law, LLC is a law firm located in Commerce, Georgia, and serving the Northeast Georgia area. After working as an attorney in a small law firm in Danielsville, Georgia, Hayden decided to bring her legal experience to her hometown community in Commerce. 

With experience in handling real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and business formation, Hayden will provide you with legal representation in these areas. Often times, these legal matters can be complicated and intimidating. My goal is to guide you through every step of your transaction, legal issue or matter, or case, keeping you right up to date, making sure you understand exactly what is going on, and advising you on every decision that needs to be made. McRee Law, LLC keeps you involved and at the very center of my attention. I am here to serve you and am proud to begin advising clients in the Commerce and surrounding Northeast Georgia communities.

Hayden is an active member of her community. She has served as the Assistant Swim Coach for the local summer league team, the Commerce Tiger Sharks, since 2014.
